What it costs
You pay a planning fee for our time, based on your group's size and how much you'd like us to handle.
Guests usually book and pay for their own rooms through the link we set up, so you're not covering everyone's stay.
Members of Travel Access, our annual travel membership, get 20% off and can put their planning credits toward it.
Recent group trips
A few of the group trips we've planned this year.
A buddymoon group was heading to an island with a tricky multi-step transfer and no shared plan. We put everyone on one transfer company, sent step-by-step arrival guides, and found overflow rooms when the hotel filled up.

Boracay, Philippines
A wedding needed rooms at a few price points. We got 15–20% off across two tiers of hotels and kept the couple from being on the hook for unbooked rooms.

Omaha, Nebraska
A para hockey team needed truly wheelchair-accessible rooms near Chelsea Piers. We checked accessible inventory hotel by hotel, found options within a week, and cut lodging costs by about 35%.
