Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? We've got answers. Here are some answers to our most common questions.
What hotels do you partner with?

There are over 6000 different properties, including but not limited to those within the following brands and hotel consortiums:

Accor // Aman // Auberge Resorts Collection // Belmond // Bulgari Hotels // Four Seasons // Fora Reserve // Hilton // Hyatt // IHG // Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) // Mandarin Oriental // Marriott // Nobu Hotels // Oetker Collection // One&Only Resorts // Peninsula Hotels // Preferred Hotels & Resorts // Rocco Forte Hotels // Rosewood Hotels & Resorts // Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts // Six Senses // Soneva // Tablet Hotels // Thompson Hotels // Virtuoso

How do you select hotels to partner with?

We only work with hotels that will give you extra benefits up to 40% off.

What if my preferred hotel isn't listed?

Occasionally, a property you have in mind won’t yet appear in our partner listings. You can request it, and we’ll explore whether it can be added to our preferred network.

Because new partnerships involve coordination with the property and our consortia partners, this process isn’t immediate, but we’re always open to expanding the list when it’s the right fit.

Do I still get my hotel loyalty points and elite status?

Yes.

How do your rates compare to booking online? Does this cost extra?

The rates we book with most hotels direct bookings and are typically the hotel's "Best Available Rate," which is the standard flexible price. This allows you to get the full suite of perks (like free breakfast, upgrades, and credits).

Sometimes, hotels offer lower prepaid or member-only rates that don't include these valuable extras. If you find a lower rate like that and prefer it over the perks, just let us know. We can often book that for you too, but it won't include the extra amenities.

It's your choice: maximize perks or minimize price. We help you do either.

What's the difference between a courtesy block and a contracted block?

  • A Courtesy Block is risk-free: The hotel holds a block of rooms for your guests at a special rate until a cut-off date, and you pay nothing for rooms your guests don't book.

  • A Contracted Block is a guarantee: You sign a contract to fill a minimum percentage of the rooms; if you don't meet that minimum, you will pay an attrition fee for the unbooked rooms.

  • How much lead time do I need to secure a block?

There is no definitive lead time; however, the earlier you book, the better rates you're likely to get with more availability.

Do you charge extra for negotiation or concierge services?

Yes, there is a planning fee starting at $200.
